Avail FREE Home Delivery with minimum order or pay additional delivery fee to avail home delivery service. Minimum order varies by destination and certain conditions apply. See below for details.

Following conditions apply:

  • Additional fee will be assessed for order containing heavy items (milk bags, Rice bag, Wheat flour bag, water case, etc) on case by case.
  • Accessibility: Delivery unit should be easily accessible in the ground floor or through elevator. Otherwise customer is required to collect the order near the front entrance.

Prices shown in this website are current online catalogue prices and are subject to change. Our in-Store price at the time of packing the customer order takes precedence.
Products are sold by pack or piece or weight. For products sold by weight – Price is specified by weight or per piece (only an approximation). Customer is required to specify the desired quantity by weight or number of pieces. We pack the product closer to the requested weight/quantity (weight or weighing number of pieces). Final price is computed based on the actual weight multiplied by final unit price which will be reported in order invoice. Final invoice is shared part of the order confirmation.

We do not accept payment at the time of online order placement or over the phone. Do not disclose your payment information in the order notes or over the phone.

We accept only Canadian Cash or Debit on delivery.

All sale of Produce, Dairy, Cooler, Frozen products/items and dry groceries are final.

Only exchange of defective dry grocery item within 24 hours of purchase with an original receipt will be allowed at the store. Check all the items and return only defective items before you pay.

While placing your order request, select desired date and time. Order delivery date/time will be finalized as part of order confirmation.

We will contact you either by phone or e-mail to confirm the availability of the requested items and highlight any change in the itemized product unit price.

We will amend the order if the price change is(are) unacceptable to you based on your inputs, finalize the order delivery date/time and payment method (Cash or Debit).

We will email you the final invoice for order delivery.

When to Pickup?
We will contact you either by phone or email with final invoice and confirm the pickup schedule. Please wait until you hear from us before proceeding to the store for pickup.

Bring a copy of order invoice and original photo ID like Driver’s license to pickup your order.

How long pickup order will be held?

Pickup order will be held only for the specified date.
All cancellation requests must be submitted 24 hours prior to the order confirmation.

Products listed under Pre-Order category are procured only upon customer’s order request. Requests need to be placed before the cutoff time for desired product. Fulfillment of Pre-order request are subject to stock availability. We will update you if any of the pre-ordered item is short.
Pre-Order cutoff indicates the date/time by when the requested has to be placed.
Store Arrival indicates the date/time by when the requested product is expected to be in the store (subject to stock availability).
Pre-Order request should be placed before the cutoff time (Pre-Order Cutoff) and schedule the order in-store pickup/delivery post Store arrival date.
